Today, the training program of Faculty of Medicine with the following levels:
- 6 year medical doctor
- Resident doctor
- Level I specialist doctor
- Master of Medicine
- Level II specialist doctor
- Doctorate of Medicine
Before 2017, according to the 6-year medical doctor training program, the Faculty of Medicine trained according to the annual system.
From the 2017-2018 school year, the Faculty of Medicine will begin credit-based training for second-year medical classes. The Faculty of Medicine will also develop and train under a new program based on competency standards (outcome standards). According to this training method, students will be facilitated to learn actively and practice more. Training specialties include:
Ophthalmology, Radiology, ENT, Hematology, Traditional medicine, Dermatology, Family medicine, Psychiatry, Perinatal pediatric psychiatry, Neurology, Neurosurgery, Plastic surgery, Orthopedic trauma, Tuberculosis and lung disease, Sports medicine, Emergency and anti-toxic, Anesthesiology, Geriatrics, Internal medicine, Surgery, Nephrology-Andrology, Cardiovascular surgery Chest, Obstetrics and Gynecology, Pediatrics, Infection, Pediatric Surgery, Infection control and hospital epidemiology, Oncology.
